Sarah has worked for a couple of Legal 500 firms as well as being Head of Department in two smaller firms before joining Dutton Gregory.

Impressed by Sarah Sams� Above-and-Beyond Service

I was so impressed with Sarah Sams' service. Our move was more complex than we thought it would be but Sarah kept us informed every step of the way and even took our files home with her over the Christmas/New Year period in case anything needed to be done. She also made sure that we had second points of contact for when she was out of the office and gave us notice of when she was not going to be available. Compared to every other conveyancing experience I have had (and compared to the rest of our chain this time) Sarah's service was head and shoulders above. I didn't know that conveyancing could be done with such client care and attention. Sarah hugely reduced our stress and was so responsive. We shall certainly be recommending Dutton Gregory going forward.

My deeds

After nearly three years I have still not received my deeds and I paid cash..no mortgage! Despite phone calls and messages there have been no responses . Very very poor service…not even a letter explaining why my deeds have not been sent! Am very frustrated and annoyed as this so,icitir was recommended by the builders as the best and the conveyancing would be quicker if used them….. terrible terrible service !
