Megan graduated with a degree in Law and Criminology from the University of Sheffield in 2016, after which she commenced her career as a Paralegal. She joined Osbornes in March 2021 as a Paralegal working in the Personal Injury Department. She handles her own caseload in a variety of Employer’s Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accident Claims. A significant portion of Megan’s caseload includes accidents sustained by cyclists. She helps cyclists who have sustained injuries from being hit by drivers of cars, those who have suffered injuries sustained by having a car door opened in their path, those involving untraced drivers among others. Megan aims to get the best result for her clients whilst ensuring they feel comfortable during an undoubtedly difficult time in their lives.

I have been involved in a road traffic collision when riding my bicycle .
I have contacted Osbornes Law which was advised to me from cyclist friends .
Megan Lambert did an amazing job to help me,support me ,even mentally ! I had ups and downs because of my injures and how my life changed because of it!
She helped me a lot and I m very grateful. I would strongly recommend Osbornes Law firm if you have been a victim of a road traffic collision while riding .

A first rate service and the discount offered by Osbornes for cyclists is a real boon. I dealt with Megan Lambert who was very professional, reachable and understanding regarding the complications following a bad injury to my arm. (I was car-doored)

I was concerned about making a claim after having been injured in a cycling accident, but was directed to Osbornes Law by the London Cycling Campaign in order to talk things through.
Osbornes studied the details of the accident to see if it was viable, took on the case and seconded a paralegal, Megan Lambert, to see through the whole of the procedure.
Megan communicated and explained all of the options and was available to assist from start to finish, which was around a year in total.
The assistance included the organising of physio once the NHS work was completed and medical assessment by both direct visit and telephone to see how the injury was improving.
I provided details of the accident, including photos, and proof of any costs incurred and Megan oversaw the rest.
What I thought might be quite a confusing business was made clear and simplified by good communication and legal process. Thank you Megan, Osbornes Law and LCC for your help.
