Jennifer studied History at Cardiff University obtaining a 2.1 degree. As it was always her ambition to be a solicitor she then went on to study law at the University of Law where she successfully completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course obtaining a high commendation. Jennifer became a fully qualified solicitor in August 2017. Jennifer works in the property department handling matters such as complex and high value purchase transactions, leasehold and new build sales and purchases, re-mortgages and transfer of equity.

    Great experience

    What could have been a stressful conveyance due to involvement of Power of Attorney matters and some unreliable prospective buyers was made extremely smooth by the staff at Rowlinsons. Pauline and Ozlem dealt swiftly with what seemed to be constant changes and the many queries we had. They also gave great advice at the business end of the transaction with the fairly demanding eventual buyers. Very grateful for the service provided and the fees charged. Would happily recommend these guys.

    I used Rowlinsons Solicitors for conveyancing in the purchase of my new home. In summary they were brilliant! My solicitor Jennifer Horton always made herself available and responded to my never ending lists of often naive questions. If ever I left a voicemail she never failed to return my call. The company use an App which is really easy to use and details clearly what stage of the process you’re at and the progress of the sale. It’s also used to send messages directly to your designated solicitor and the team. I used the App to keep in regular contact with Jennifer, this proved invaluable to share urgent news with Jennifer, such as when my first sale failed. She was professional in approach and showed such empathy at my plight, offering much needed reassurance. She remained in contact during the sale of my current home and ensured it was as stress free as possible for me. I was so impressed at her attention to detail, her professionalism and excellent customer service that I have provided her details to a friend of mine who is selling his flat to assist him in his sale. I CANNOT fault this company they are brilliant and Jennifer -outstanding I am so very grateful to her for her help, advice, guidance and for being so wonderfully personable.

    Communication was excellent from start to finish. Jenny was an easy person to deal with and definitely knew her stuff. The process mostly went smoothly up until the day before completion, when a quite serious issue arose, which, with Jenny's help, was soon sorted.
