I honestly can't thank James, Eve, Phoebe and the team at ABR Solicitors enough for everything they did for me. I was going through one of the most difficult and vulnerable periods of my life, and at times, I felt completely overwhelmed. I needed more than someone who understood the law. I needed someone who understood me, who would listen, be patient and take the time to talk to me in a way that actually meant something. And that's exactly what I found at ABR. James, who was my main solicitor, was exceptional throughout. Of course, his knowledge and professionalism were incredibly reassuring, but what stood out most was his ability to connect with me on a human level. He has a the ability to speak to you at your level, without complicated legal language or making you feel that you should already understand everything. He knew when to be direct, when to explain things differently and when I simply needed someone to listen. He never spoke down to me, and I always felt comfortable asking questions, no matter how small. That ability to make someone feel understood, particularly at such a vulnerable time, is something I valued enormously. Eve and Phoebe were equally wonderful. They handled my day-to-day questions, concerns and worries, and I can't overstate how much their patience and kindness meant to me. Even when I had questions that were probably repetitive, they never made me feel like I was being a burden. They were approachable, understanding and always willing to help. What really stayed with me was the human connection. There were times when a simple conversation or a few reassuring words made more of a difference than they probably realised. They went above and beyond, not just in their legal work, but in how they treated me as a person. I never felt judged, dismissed or like I was just another case to get through. When you're at your most vulnerable, you remember the people who made things a little easier, who took the time to understand you and who treated you with genuine kindness. That's what James, Eve and Phoebe did for me. I'll always be grateful to all three of them. They're excellent at what they do, but what makes them special is how they treat people. And sometimes, that matters just as much as anything else. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Eve and James were both very helpful and friendly, putting my mind at ease in what felt like a very daunting situation. The focus was on getting the right solution for me, rather than selling something I may not need, and I was given everything I need to make an informed decision.

I have never had any dealings with the Police or Lawyers before. When I first contacted James (on a Sunday) I was frightened, vulnerable and felt alone. James replied almost immediately with such reassuring words, that I knew I be would be in safe hands. At our first meeting, James struck me as a master of his subject but equally importantly he was genuinely caring and concerned. He explained his charges and what that covered in detail. My case is still ongoing, but James has already surpassed my high expectations. He is first class as is his assistant Mia. They genuinely care about you and communications are prompt and spot on.
