House Purchase
Rachel's professionalism throughout the process was outstanding. Making sure we were well informed at each stage really put us at ease.
It was a little hair raising right at the end, but Rachel did an astonishing job to make sure it was completed.

Fast process
Thanks to Rachel and the team’s fast work, we were able to go from putting in our offer on our house to completion in just under 3 months. Rachel and the team kept us informed each step of the way. They made sure to highlight key details of documents to make it easy to understand. Our property purchase was part of a chain, and due to delays from another party, we had to do a fast exchange and completion on the same day, as we personally had a deadline by which we needed to move. Even with hold ups from another party, Rachel’s fast work ensured that the move was successful.

Professional, clear and proactive
