I used this Firm 12 years ago for both purchase and sale and having got quotes from 2 solicitors went with Jane Brooks again as they were the cheapest and I knew I could trust them to manage the chain and complete within 56 days.

Relieved to have finished dealing with this company. Terrible communicators, always having to chase for updates. Very poor quality paperwork/instructions sent out. Even up to completion we had to keep asking for updates. Left documents till the last day of completion before requesting them, even though they had had them for a week and been asked if everything was ok. Transferred funds with no completion statement so we didn't understand the final amount. Do not use Jane Brooks Law they struggle with conveyance god knows what they would be like with anything else.
