Terrible service. Will only do things by email. Won’t go that extra mile by picking the phone up. Things only got sorted because I had to daily push things through on the phone even though I expressed they was going to cost me money by not doing things in time.

Happy as always with conveyances

This was the 3rd time I used Jane Brooks and Garry acting for conveyance. This last time down south. Despite living out of area, everything ran smoothly. The only thing I'd say if needed urgently, telephone, as a couple of important emails suddenly went to spam. unsure why. I would definitely use Jane Brooks and Garry's teama gain, as well as recommend. I know too, the team acted for my ex partner ina transfer of equity and becasue of the circumstances, my details were kept private, so Jane brooks is a law firm that understands our privacy, confidentiality and trust too.

I recently bought a flat on Beverley Road, and the service from Jane Brooks priory park was unacceptable I have dealt with your company in Cottingham for many years but after the service here will be going elsewhere I am in the process of selling my house but will find another solicitor I don’t know what possessed me to go to Priory Park, David Revell

Relieved to have finished dealing with this company. Terrible communicators, always having to chase for updates. Very poor quality paperwork/instructions sent out. Even up to completion we had to keep asking for updates. Left documents till the last day of completion before requesting them, even though they had had them for a week and been asked if everything was ok. Transferred funds with no completion statement so we didn't understand the final amount. Do not use Jane Brooks Law they struggle with conveyance god knows what they would be like with anything else.
