Very speedy service from Natasha

I am very happy with the service I received from Natasha. I was hoping for a quick completion and she absolutely delivered! I would definitely use Natasha at Jane Brooks again as she is so efficient. The other members of her team whom I spoke to or emailed were also really helpful and I always got quick responses to my queries. The price was also very reasonable and the level of customer service was excellent e.g. sending letters First Class to avoid hold-ups. Thankyou Natasha for helping me complete my purchase on time :)

Brilliant Service!

Had excellent service from Natasha and Lois they were clear and helped a lot through every stage of the process!

The staff at the main desk were lovely both times we came in and were very helpful in answering our questions!

Lovely staff and very helpful would definitely recommend to others as this is my second time using Jane Brooks and Natasha was our conveyancer both times and both times she was great so thank you!

Difficult to review unfortunately due to a few issues but it was a combination of both sides and a breakdown in communication. To many people involved in the process also so no continuity. But we got there in the end so that was the result I wanted. A few extra payments also that I was unaware of but again that could have been from the other side. Think it's the same for most if not all Solicitors thses days, too busy, too much going on, too many people involved.

Great experience as first time buyers, we had no issues with the process. It took time from our size due to a bank issue but the solicitors acted quickly from their side which helped complete quickly after the issue was resolved.

Relieved to have finished dealing with this company. Terrible communicators, always having to chase for updates. Very poor quality paperwork/instructions sent out. Even up to completion we had to keep asking for updates. Left documents till the last day of completion before requesting them, even though they had had them for a week and been asked if everything was ok. Transferred funds with no completion statement so we didn't understand the final amount. Do not use Jane Brooks Law they struggle with conveyance god knows what they would be like with anything else.
