Very happy

Renewing our Wills with Jane Brooks Law
We can't praise too highly the experience. We were made to feel comfortable and treated with kindness and patience. As we live out of the county, our appointment was engineered so we were able to discuss and complete the transaction in one morning, so convenient for us. Many thanks to all the staff involved.

Efficient service
I was having difficulty getting a passport due to name changes, but Laura gibb sorted this out for me there and then. Very efficient service, even though she had not come across my issue before. She knew exactly what to do, and thankfully I received my new passport.
