Courtney was great from start to finish and really helpful after we had a few ups and downs with our new property.
Always friendly and responded to emails and calls really quickly, keeping us updated with the progress and any updates. We’ve used Jane Brooks a few times now and they’ve always been great, will definitely use again!

Help to Buy Equity Loan repayment

Jane Brooks came recommended by a family member. After contacting several solicitors we were impressed with how comfortable we was made to feel from the start. Their service was professional and clear. A competitive price was quoted at the start and honoured without any surprise increases.
Natalie was a pleasure to deal with and we are very appreciative of the care given.

A big thank you to Lindsay, Mia and the team for being a huge part in securing me and my partner the perfect property, being patient with all my questions and pushing for a quick completion!

We bought a house back in August and would recommend Jane Brooks Law to anyone, Lindsay was quick and efficient all the way through, and if she wasn't available then someone else would always be at the end of the phone or an email, and they new exactly what was going on with the purchase. Lindsay knew how desperate and fast we needed to move and she made that happen for us
