Worked with Garry and Harry to get our first home purchase over the line. They both where absolutely great we genuinely cannot thank them enough. We understood things take some time in stages (searches take a bit to come back) however Harry (been the main point of contact for updates and enquiries) explained this is standard and reassured us he’d contact us as soon as he hears back (which he did). We appreciated the support he gave us in helping us complete our purchase from a legal standpoint likewise we thank Garry for doing a great service with the legal documentation to ensure everything was above board. Overall very happy with the service we received and we really can’t thank them enough!

I got recommended to Jane brooks law and the service of Garry and his team as my conveyancer for my house purchase from a family member. Garry Roper and his team are incredible. Garry always replies within a day and answers all your questions with kindness, he never makes you feel stupid if you don’t know something simple. Buying a house can be hell and he made the whole process SO much easier and as stress-free as possible with his work ethic and attention to detail, nothing got past him with shady solicitors/sellers. I will use these solicitors forever, highly recommend. Excellent service and reasonable price aswell.
