Would recommend
The firm is good, and the job was done well. I would have given great except, I did find it very stressful at times! The person we appointed was very good but unfortunately for us it was holiday season and the stand in’s were hit and miss , one lady fantastic, another man awful, by awful I mean not calling back, no follow up etc.

Great service and plenty of helpful advice offered whenever needed. Paul Harrison and his admin team were competent, prompt and great at communicating. Paul willingly met to discuss more complex issues around overage and we benefitted from his experience.

We came to the firm based on recommendation. Our mortgage advisor has great confidence in their ability. Professionally Jane brooks law performed but at a time, in the earlier stage of the process , I felt there was lot of communication or there were slow to actions.
However, fortunately we got quit notice from our landlord as he needs to use his property. We told them and this seems the push for good action.
In terms of accountability, I give it to them .
