I had previously used Hallmark Whatley Hulme for their legal services for both will creation and amending, as well as support with probate following a death of a family member. So when their name was listed on the government website as an approved firm to support the redemption of a Help To Buy Loan, they seemed the logical choice to handle the task. I felt I had made the correct choice as I found Kirsty Elvins and the team at Hallmark Whatley Hulme to be knowledgeable, professional and polite. The team handled the task efficiently and kept me informed of the progress. I would both recommend and use the firm again.

Just moved into our home and couldn't fault Hallmark Hulme for the service we received. As FT buyers the process was completely new to us and we had so many questions and queries throughout but Kirsty was a brilliant person to have by our side throughout it all. She helped us feel at ease throughout the process, explained everything so clearly to us and was efficient and responsive as well as kind and a genuinely lovely person.
