Fantastic Service
I had a superb experience selling my property. Rebecca was fantastic and completely on the ball with everything. I had quite a tricky sale and she handled everything expertly and kept all parties informed at all times. I would highly recommend Rebecca and Smith & Co and will be using their services again!

Fantastic Service

Sale and purchase

Sale of late Father’s Flat
I was very happy with the service I received from Smith & Co. They were professional and very good with communication and explaining things etc. It was easy to speak to them when I needed too. My nominated solicitor changed during the sale but it was a smooth and good handover and both the solicitors were excellent.

Excellent Service
We can't thank Rebecca and the team enough for guiding us through the sale of our late mothers flat. It has been a very long process which has seemed at times to be never ending and very emotional for us, but we have finally made it thankfully with their support.
A great team, who are understanding and supportive. :)

Flat sale
I was very happy with the service I received with regards the sale of my late father’s flat. I was kept up to date and things were explained in a clear way. When I needed to speak to someone I generally got through to my solicitor but if I was unable to they always got back to me quickly. My original solicitor left the firm but it was a seemless hand over to the new person.
