Danielle is a trainee solicitor currently working in the Litigation Department. She is responsible for defending complex disputes for her commercial clients. Danielle has a detailed understanding of the litigation process and is responsible for a large caseload of claims. She is trusted by the senior team to conduct detailed research into legal concepts and legislation surrounding the particulars of a claim. Danielle is extremely comfortable with ensuring that deadlines are met whilst maintaining a high standard of work. This allows her to resolve complex disputes for her clients. She always reviews the claim and provides her client a detailed strategy through defence using ADR, settlements or litigation route. She has learnt a considerable amount from the senior litigation team whilst at Oracle Solicitors. Danielle has a particular expertise in the Aviation Sector.
