I was extremely fortunate to have been recommended to Mr Sami Ercan by my brother. I found Mr Ercan to be a very knowledgable, calm, reassuring, efficient solicitor who dealt with my road collision accident case effectively. It was incredible to get the case settled in three weeks. The solicitor named Ronald Sempebwa is so unprofessional, never pick up call and has no response to email. My application for the sponsorship licence got rejected because of some documents were not submitted which he replied on the email that all documents have been submitted. I have to keep chasing him for months for the process of the application and his explanation of the delays was he had to go to court and had other case on hand and was too busy. Due to the delay and not submitting the documents required, my employee has to leave the country and back to Japan. So unprofessional !!! If he was so busy, then don't take our case, wasting my time, money and nothing is done. If it wasn't my accountant recommended this firm, I wouldn't have used them! I first had the meeting with him in May 2023, he dragged the application till Oct 2023 and took £1700 from us for nothing, money is not that important, what really made me very angry is my staff has to go back to Japan, she even sat for the English exam twice, to make sure everything will go smooth, she has hope to stay in the UK and she is a lovely hard working young lady. Because of all the stupid delays and your unprofessionalism, someone has to leave the county.
