I have never used a solicitor before and I was very wary of who I should use and if it would cost me a fortune. I have to say I was more than impressed from the service that I received from Rachel. It was a very sensitive issue and she showed empathy and support throughout keeping me fully informed every step of the journey. She showed no judgement and made me feel at ease throughout. Every time I contacted her it was never too much trouble to speak to me and show empathy. The cost was more than value for money especially when other solicitors were charging ridiculous prices for a service. I would 100% recommend Rachel and SlaterHeelis. You not only achieved a positive outcome but also gave me my life back. Thank you

Dear Madeleine, I want to sincerely thank you for all your support throughout this emotionally challenging journey. Your kindness, understanding, and steady guidance have meant more to me than I can express, and I will always be deeply grateful. Thank you so much for calming me down during our initial phone call(thank you so much to the receptionist who promptly connected the line to Madeleine to reassure me) and for being so patient with me. In a time when everything felt overwhelming, your calm presence made a real difference. It’s so easy to feel like just another client in situations like this—but you never made me feel that way. You made me feel seen, heard, and never alone in this journey. Finding myself in trouble for using something I shouldn’t have was incredibly difficult. After being turned down by two solicitors and told I would face criminal charges, I was filled with fear and uncertainty. But your support helped me stay grounded. Thanks to you, I now feel a sense of peace and can genuinely look forward to the next chapter. You’re truly amazing at what you do—changing lives for the better and giving people the chance to do better. I hope that in my own career, I’m able to make even a fraction of the impact you have. Wishing you all the very best in everything ahead. With heartfelt thanks, R
