Responsive and proactive, she managed a difficult sale with many speed bumps in an efficient way. I know from experience any other solicitor at the usual speed things are done would have meant the sale fell apart. She made sure it went through.

After deciding to instruct Janine Gibson for the third time I was then informed she actually didn't have capacity and to find someone else. Janine didn't bother contacting me directly but had her assistant do it who has unsatisfactory customer service skills and is unable to appropriately deal with situations. Avoid and find yourself a solicitor who values customer retention and satisfaction.

We were extremely happy with our experience with Iftakhar Ahmed at Setfords. Aside from the conveyance itself, which was handled very efficiently and professionally, Iftakhar was incredibly helpful and always easy to reach, willing to listen to our questions, and available to give support. Should we need another conveyance, we would definitely get in touch with Iftakhar again!

Fantastic service and support from start to finish
We were so glad that we went with Iftakhar regarding the sale of our house. Iftakhar was faultless from start to finish, he was proactive, kept us regularly updated and if we had any queries these were always dealt with swiftly, this meant a lot to us as we live abroad, so it was wonderfully reassuring to have someone like Iftakhar really looking after our interests. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Iftakhar, he comes with a solid 5/5 from us, top notch!

The purchase of our new property was handled by Iftakhar Ahmed, who was very professional and kept us informed throughout the whole process, from the start, right up until we got our keys. We didn't end up going with Setfords for our house purchase because the quote was a bit too expensive for us. However, I wanted to leave a review for Deah who was amazing during the early quotation stages. She was extremely helpful, friendly, diligent, and couldn't have represented the company any better. Had the quote been more in-line what we had in mind, we would definitely have considered Setfords on the back of her customer service.

Well, where do we begin, we were first time buyers and the stress we went through in the past few months was colossal but Carol our lovely solicitor and assistant Codi put us at ease in these stressful times, assuring that all deadlines were met with extra care, we went through the auction process and had to complete within 56 days, so the time was limited and we were at risk of losing our reservation fee on our property that we bought if we did not complete on time, in the end we finished before our deadline and completed ahead of time before the end of the year, we are so grateful for Setfords and would recommend anyone for their services. We are grateful for our first home and will never forget the help!

We used Sarah in Bristol Chipping Sodbury for a house sale and purchase. Initially used different solicitors but no progress at all after 5 weeks and being lied too, then instructed Setfords, all initial stuff done within just weeks, then whole process done within 12 weeks.
Would highly recommended and use again for any other legal stuff.
