Exceptional Service from Anna Nuttall – Professional, Proactive & Always One Step Ahead I recently had the pleasure of working with Anna Nuttall, Consultant Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, on the purchase of my new home, and I can genuinely say that Anna completely changed my perception of solicitors and the conveyancing process. Having purchased property before, I’ve dealt with other solicitors who unfortunately left me with a very poor impression of the profession. Previous experiences involved slow responses, having to constantly chase for updates, unnecessary delays and generally feeling as though I had to push the transaction forward myself. Those experiences left a bad taste and made me expect the legal side of buying a house to be one of the most frustrating parts of the process. Anna Nuttall was the complete opposite. From the very beginning, Anna was professional, proactive, responsive and incredibly thorough. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt informed about where we were in the process, what was outstanding and what needed to happen next. What particularly stood out was Anna’s determination to keep the purchase moving. When something needed chasing, Anna chased it. When pressure needed to be applied to keep everyone working towards the agreed timelines, Anna applied that pressure. I never had the feeling that my file was simply sitting in a queue waiting for somebody to look at it. Anna took ownership of the process and actively pushed actions forward when required. That makes an enormous difference when buying a property. Anna was also extremely thorough with the legal side of the purchase. She raised the right questions, explained things clearly and made sure I understood anything that required my attention. I felt confident throughout that my interests were being properly protected while, at the same time, Anna was doing everything possible to keep the transaction progressing. Another thing I really appreciated was Anna’s approachability. No question felt like an inconvenience, communication was clear and professional, and I always felt that there was an actual person looking after my purchase rather than simply being another case number. After my previous experiences, I had become quite cynical about conveyancing solicitors and assumed that chasing, delays and poor communication were simply part of buying a house. Anna Nuttall proved that absolutely does not have to be the case. Professional, knowledgeable, responsive, thorough and genuinely proactive, Anna Nuttall provided exactly the level of service you hope for when making such an important purchase. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Anna Nuttall to anyone buying or selling a property. Based on my experience, she would unquestionably be my first choice for any future property transaction.
