I have never come across a Solicitor that always takes your call. If not available calls back within the hour. Spends time completely explaining things in a language you can understand. Also helps you fill in forms. Cannot fault Kristine at Setfords!

Kristine has gone above and beyond to assist us in the purchase of our new house. The purchase was complicated by the fact that modifications had been made to a listed property. Kristine firstly advised us of this and then went through all the possible options on how to deal with the issues at hand. Throughout the process we were kept up to date with what was going on and advised how to proceed. I would recommend Kristine to anyone buying or selling a property

We used Sarah in Bristol Chipping Sodbury for a house sale and purchase. Initially used different solicitors but no progress at all after 5 weeks and being lied too, then instructed Setfords, all initial stuff done within just weeks, then whole process done within 12 weeks.
Would highly recommended and use again for any other legal stuff.
