    Freers, Half the price, twice the service.

    I needed a good solicitor to sell my late brothers house because I live 150 miles away. Freers were more than good they were excellent. Lynne and her team always seemed one step ahead. I never had to chase them over anything. Telephone calls and emails were answered immediately. All the team were knowledgeable and able to respond reassuringly to any query. Despite the distance I’d have no concerns in using them if I were to sell my house in Cumbria. Their service was so much better than we’ve experienced from solicitors when we’ve been involved in house sales locally. The rating should be 5* Plus.

    Did everything possible to get us in for Christmas!! 👍

    I know not every house move is plain sailing however the solicitors at the top of the chain who I will not name were nothing but a struggle from day one. Being unresponsive for days / weeks at a time. After several delays Freers Askew Bunting kept up the pressure to make sure I could move my family into our new home before the big man comes. Lynne, Isobel, Laura and the rest of the team handled everything well and definitely were sympathetic to the emotional aspect of a house move before Christmas especially given the circumstances. Will definitely recommend. Thank you all!!

    I’ve recently completed on the sale of my property and have also completed on the purchase. I used the Hartlepool office and would highly recommend using Lynne Robinson, Beth and Izzy. I was recommended to FAB from my estate agent, IGO move and I’m so glad I used them. Despite us having hiccups along the way due to the buyers solicitor not being as responsive, Lynne and Beth kept me updated throughout. All legal jargon was explained clearly to me and so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. The team in Hartlepool are all really friendly, professional and worth their weight in gold. Had it not been for their communication and knowledge, we probably still wouldn’t have been completed.
