Antony specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing and prides himself on getting the job done. Why did I become a Property Solicitor? I love being part of helping people overcome, move forward, grow or let go of a stage of their life that no longer makes them happy. Whether it is advising a couple buying their first home, a business person developing their portfolio, a separating couple selling their old home, an elderly person moving into a retirement village or the hundreds of other stories I hear when I ask my property clients why they are buying or selling a property. You see behind each property there is a story of someone’s life changing. I qualified in a top 30 International Law Firm in London. Having moved to Brighton & Hove over 12 years ago I gained in-depth knowledge of the property market and developed a property circle of contacts, which I use to help clients achieve their desired result. I have travelled to over 26 countries and these experiences have left me with the ability to understand all different cultures and adapt to many different clients. How you will be looked after: Quality Mark: Your transaction will always be handled personally by me, a qualified Solicitor who is a member of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme. Personal: You will get a free no charge initial meeting or chat at the start of the transaction. Responsive: You have access to my direct dial and personal mobile as communication is important to me and I aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours. Clarity on Price: Clarity on fees is important to me and certainty that you will be paying what is included in the estimate is important to you. My initial email and estimate will be clear and concise regarding fees and any extra charges. So no hidden fee surprises at the end of the transaction. Speed: I always do my best to ensure speed and efficiency and as mentioned will always be happy to speak about why a delay is being caused and how we can move this forward.
