Efficient & helpful

Support in Mortgage against complicated property
Amity Law supported us in raising funds against our holiday-let property portfolio. This was complicated as the main house had been separated out from a complex that was in excess of 200 years old. The boundaries, rights of way and all the additional requirements with flying freeholds etc complicated things along with a lender being very demanding.
We completed successfully, on-time and in a calm, informative and responsive manner. Great service

Jayne has supported us recently on both the buy and sale side within the property market. The purchases were not 'local' to us, but this was still no issue. The service and communication was always very professional and prompt and in all our cases timelines were updated and regularly met. This being a very busy period in the UK housing market. Very highly recommended and we will use Jayne again without question in all future.

Jayne will leave no stone unturned. When buying one of the biggest assets in your life, put Jayne in charge of the legal side. We wouldn't use anyone else.

I have know Jayne for a number of years, both personally and professionally. I initially asked for her help when I was considering buying a self-build plot, which I ultimately decided against, following her excellent advice after reviewing land searches. She then helped us with a house purchase three years ago and delivered a first class service from start to finish. I would recommend her every time and have passed her number to a number of friends since.
