I really didn’t think solicitors like Ajesh existed. He was recommended to us last November when we put our house on the market, and has been amazing during the very stressful nine month period of our move, which finally completed last week. From the outset, Ajesh responded to every query and email immediately and is clearly extremely knowledgeable. We had a catalogue of problems with our sale and first planned purchase, and Ajesh has always been incredibly supportive throughout; he spent countless hours on the phone to me, talking through the latest problems, providing reassurance, and suggesting solutions. When we found the house we have now bought, we put Ajesh in a very difficult race against time, and had to complete the purchase within four weeks in order to meet our buyers’ deadline for the expiry of their mortgage. Ajesh did the impossible and, despite a significant problem with the Land Registry, managed to get everything through in time. Whilst I begrudge the amount of commission we had to pay our estate agent for a very mediocre service, the fee that Ajesh charged was excellent value for money and worth every penny. I can’t express how grateful we are to Ajesh for his hard work, wisdom, flexibility, tenacity, and for keeping me sane over the last nine months, and I now look on him as a friend as well as the most amazing legal adviser.

Ajesh was super proactive and made what could have been a very difficult process incredibly easy. We loved working with him. Our sale and purchase became far more stressful than expected after our buyers' solicitor repeatedly failed to secure mortgage funds in time, causing multiple failed exchange attempts and leaving the whole chain in a very difficult position. Throughout it all, Ajesh was calm, responsive and incredibly pragmatic. He was always available to explain exactly what was happening, the legal implications of each option, and the risks we faced, without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. When the buyers' solicitor proposed an exchange without guaranteeing completion, Ajesh immediately identified the risks and advised us against signing away our legal protections. Looking back, we're very grateful we listened. He kept everything moving with the other solicitors, our estate agents and lender, while keeping us updated at every stage. Even when things were changing hour by hour, we always felt we knew where we stood. Buying and selling a house is stressful enough, but having a solicitor you genuinely trust makes an enormous difference. Ajesh was professional, knowledgeable, patient and always had our best interests at heart. Thanks to his guidance we finally completed successfully, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.
