I was recently supported by Emma in the purchase of a house. The circumstances of my purchase became quite strange, convoluted and protracted, but throughout the process Emma was thorough, responsive, patient and reassuring. As a first time buyer, I expected to spend my buying "journey" hounding my conveyancer for updates - as the classic story goes - but this was never an issue at all with Emma. Indeed, now all's wrapped up I notice the absence of our regular interactions!
