Kayleigh began her career in residential conveyancing in 2013, following the completion of her LLB Law Degree at Plymouth University. She quickly progressed to a Paralegal role at a well-known high-street firm, where she began managing her own caseload. In 2017, she undertook an LLM Master's part-time alongside full-time conveyancing work, completing her studies in 2019. Following 18 months of training, Kayleigh qualified as a Solicitor within a Residential Property team and went on to work for a leading Top 100 law firm in Exeter. Kayleigh strongly believes in collaborative working and values building positive relationships with clients, estate agents, and fellow conveyancers to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. Her approach is rooted in care, clear communication, and giving each file the attention it deserves.
