I would definitely recommend Ella at Maitland Walker. The whole process from our end was dealt with quickly and efficiently as far as I could see. Advice given was clear and concise. Whilst we did experience the usual delays in the whole purchase process, it was chiefly due to awaiting answers from the other parties legal team to queries that had been flagged by Ella or ourselves.
I felt costs were very reasonable for the amount of work done.
