With over 275 completions in the past two years alone, I’ve seen it all; the dream purchases, the nail-biting chains, the 11th-hour dramas - and I’ve guided my clients through each one with calm, clarity and a sense of humour along the way (because let’s face it, sometimes that’s essential). I specialise in: - Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases (including the good, the bad and the ugly) - Remortgages and transfers of equity (whether private or company) - Building strong relationships with estate agents and brokers to keep deals moving - Explaining legal jargon like a human - not a robot Outside of the Office: When I'm not creating property magic, I'm usually juggling life with my husband, two energetic little girls (who are always on the go), our labrador Luna (who's convinced she’s in charge) and my horse Ebbie (who keeps me grounded and occasionally muddy). My day doesn't truly start until I've had a strong coffee (or three) and I like to enjoy a glass of red or a G&T to unwind whilst plotting my next adventure.
