Better than the best
It's been an absolute breath of fresh air dealing with Laila Gutin. So many businesses and companies keep the caller in a queue due to ' high call volumes '....or either have to deal with a 'bot'..... which is so unfair. But having the pleasure of Laila Gutin dealing with our case was an absolute treat.... Laila would answer my emails within minutes and would always answer the phone when I called her. She has been faultless and deserves to be employee of the month......EVERY MONTH. Thank you Laila.
