Edward is both a Partner and Head of the Commercial Property Department. Edward’s work generally falls into these three areas: Development Edward works with property developers, both commercial and residential, advising on pre-let arrangements, site acquisitions and disposals, funding arrangements, and other complex transactions, including overage and uplift arrangements. On the construction side, Edward advises on building contracts, warranties, appointments and novations, working closely with other property professionals as an integral part of the project team.
