Trainee Solicitor

Charmaine Adebare is a Trainee Solicitor. She currently assists Head of Employment Law Stephen Britton with all aspects of employment law, contentious and non-contentious. These areas include: Settlement Agreements ,Contracts of Employment, Restrictive Covenants, Policies and Procedures, Wrongful Dismissal, Constructive Dismissal ,Unfair Dismissal, Redundancy, Discrimination, Bullying and Harassment and General HR issues Charmaine was awarded ‘Student of the Year’ during her placement year as part of her degree course at Nottingham Trent University. She is passionate about charity work and enjoys hosting and participating in community events. Charmaine is the founder and Chair of the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
