Conveyance for a piece of land.
I wanted to purchase some land near Carmarthen for a community project. Having accepted our offer and with the legal process nearing complete the vendors accepted a slightly better offer, which was very disappointing.
JCP acted professionally and promptly throughout. After the initial introduction, our file was handled by Lauren who was, in addition, friendly, courteous, and efficient. Finally, when the sale collapsed, I was offered a reduced bill as the deal had failed to complete.
I would certainly use JCP again and would like to thank Lauren for her services.
