Lewis and Lilly must have wondered at their luck when they managed to get an irascible old moaner like me as a client. The reasons don't matter but I came into the sale of my property in a pretty negative mood. But the way they handled that was my first insight into how good they were. I had seen no shortage of dissatisfied customers in my working life but I never handled any of them as well as Lewis and Lilly handled me. Firmly and politely and effectively. It was a small thing but it mattered. These were two empathetic and professional individuals. Everything went swimmingly from then on. They gave me help and advice whenever I needed it. They were always on hand, kept me constantly up to date and handled the whole process in a calm and admirable manner. As a result the whole process was completed swiftly and to my entire satisfaction. It was a pleasure to see them work at first hand. They were very calm and handled every one they needed to work with consummate professionalism. It is often very hard nowadays to separate the reality from the hyperbole but anyone who has these two on their side should value very much their good luck. I wish them both every success in their futures. I shall finish by repeating their names as I am too old to know just how exactly pertinent facts are picked up. Good on you Lewis Rhoder and good on you too Lilly Bryant.
