My mother passed away and we requested assistance with legal queries and then decided to organise our POA's. Emily Briggs was so helpful and saved us a lot of stress. Answered queries quickly, efficiently and sympathetically. The law firm was polite and helpful from the beginning.

Bates Wells and Braithwaite drew up wills and powers of attorney for my wife and myself. It was a fairly complicated affair, more because of the mountains of paperwork connected with the POAs than because the wills were complex or unusual. There was one small slip on one form which nobody, including ourselves, noticed but overall the whole business was handled very well.

My father past away Jan 2021 with a straight forward probate including a will that everything was to be past on to my mum, we have just received everything back in which time my mum passed away last year still waiting for probate to be sent off 4 years! With every excuse made when any calls were eventually answered. Disgusting service from probate solicitors
