Cassie joined Jones Whyte back in 2014 as one of five employees and the only claims handler for RTA personal injury claims. Since then Cassie has witnessed the controlled expansion of the firm to where we are now, which has been impressive, to say the least. Prior to joining Jones Whyte Cassie was employed by another firm in the same role for four years giving her twelve years of knowledge and experience in dealing with personal injury claims. Having started her career as a claims handler, Cassie has first-hand experience in dealing with clients, insurers and the multiple third parties involved in the claims process which has allowed her to deliver training to new employees to the standard expected here at Jones Whyte. Due to the growth of the firm Cassie has progressed onto managing a team of claim handlers and the first response unit within the RTA Pre-Litigation department.
