Faultless Service

I am currently using Jones Whyte to help me navigate a very complex dispute regarding my late father’s Estate. The service that I have received has been exceptional. Having used a previous firm and being left frustrated by the service they were providing it has been a breath of fresh air to have a firm who genuinely seems to have your best interests at heart. I have been so impressed by the level of service Niamh Finnigan has provided we are now moving all our personal and corporate legal matters to Jones Whyte Law Ltd.

Avoid Colin Simpson and RSC law firm .

I had the misfortune to have Colin Simpson represent me in Family Court case . He was always exceptionally late for meetings - giving ridiculous excuses at times . He did not carry out any instructions given and appeared to be on the side of the other party. He was unprofessional in court - stuttering and stammering throughout and at times giving no defence. I felt completely let down by his council. This man and his Law Firm will undoubtedly lose your case . Avoid at all costs !

Would leave a zero star if I could.

Jones Whyte took on a no win no fee injury case for me and initially were great - contacted me when they said they would. However, I have had NO updates since being told the case had been acknowledged by the other party despite multiple attempts on my behalf to reach out for updates.

At this point, 4 months later, I have no idea of the outcome of my claim and no one at Jones Whyte seems willing to inform me of this.

The worst experience I've ever had dealing with any law firm. Spent just under a couple of thousand ( before the Child Welfare Hearing ) telling my family lawyer the angle / way in which I wanted her to approach the CWH. She approved of my approach, and I later found out after the CHW that even the family partner approved my approach. Stephanie ( my lawyer ) didn't present to the court one piece of information that I asked her to. Then, when we left, the court told me blatantly that her presenting the information that we had talked about wouldn't have changed the Sheriffs opinion even if she did. As I said to her at the time & will remain to say until this day , Stephanie's opinion was irrelevant & we would of only knew how the Sheriff would of reacted to the information if she actually told him , what I paid her ( & paid her very handsomely may I add ) to do. After this I complained to the Law firm & her and the family partner both tried to turn things on me ( how nice when your already dealing with the stress on not getting access to your child and battling against the other side & her lawyer ). Instead of just holding their hands up ( which stupidly I would have accepted ), they argued with me about something they totally knew they were in the wrong for , the lied & twisted everything back on me. I went to the SLCC and complained & in short I was wiped clean of the £961 I owed after the Welfare hearing and awarded £1000 back of the £1800 I originally paid ( when I said awarded its what I asked for and they settled on the morning on the mediation, I could of took them all the way & got ALL my money back & compensation as well ). I would stay well clear of this law firm at all costs for any sorry of legal representation, they rip people off as I currently know other people who are getting charged a small fortune fron them for carrying out work that they didn't even request. The people who work here are really the definition of 'trained lairs'. Good ridden's Jones White.
