Michael is an Associate within our Personal Injury team. He specialises in road, cycling and pedestrian claims. He has a record of winning maximum compensation for clients while focusing on making the process compassionate, simple and straightforward. Michael has extensive experience in contentious and high-value cases involving fatal and serious injuries. He has successfully secured compensation for clients who have suffered brain injury, amputation, spinal injury and crush injury and for the families of those involved in fatal accidents. He appears regularly at the Sheriff Court, the Personal Injury Court and has been involved in cases at the Court of Session. Michael represented one of the victims at the Glasgow Bin Lorry Inquiry. Michael is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers which is the lead organisation working to promote and develop expertise in the practise of personal injury law, for the benefit of injured people.
