Deborah is a Solicitor within the Trust Management team. She specialises in the ongoing administration of trusts and managing the assets within them. She has a record of achieving results for clients who are looking at ways of future-proofing their financial assets. She has a wealth of experience navigating the complexities of trust law to ensure the best outcomes and bring peace of mind to those involved. Deborah has also worked in producing wills and setting up power of attorney agreements. She has experience of complex cases involving family disputes and estrangements. Deborah is a key part of the successful team which led to Jones Whyte winning both the Scottish Legal Awards and Law Awards of Scotland ‘Firm of the Year’ in 2021 and to its continuing success as one of Scotland’s fastest growing law firms.
