Emily completed her Undergraduate degree at the University of Dundee before completing her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow in 2020. After completing her studies, Emily worked as a Property Manager for two years before joining Jones Whyte to pursue her legal career. Emily is currently working in our Bereavement department and provides assistance to clients going through a very difficult time. Assisting these clients through difficult decisions and providing clarity for them has been incredibly fulfilling for Emily. “Knowing I am helping these clients through one of the most difficult times in their lives is very fulfilling and I really enjoy working in such a supportive role.” Emily previously worked in our Bereavement Support team, serving as the first point of contact for bereaved families. She offered clients general legal advice, practical advice, and helped them navigate their next steps and priorities. Emily has emphasized the importance of the support she has received from her Team Leaders and the Partners within her team, which has been a great confidence boost for her. She is looking forward to advancing her career within the firm.
