Paralegal

Cathryn is an experienced Paralegal within our Bereavement team at Jones Whyte, having re-joined the team in October 2024. She qualified with Distinction in her Masters in Law from Queen’s University, Belfast, which allowed her to study the law of England and Wales as well as that of Northern Ireland. Cathryn currently works within our English Probate department, assisting grieving families to deal with all aspects of their loved one’s estate after they have passed. She prides herself on being a continuous point of contact for our clients, acting with empathy and understanding throughout the process, and appreciating that the estate administration period is a difficult and emotional time for those involved. In additional to undertaking English estate administration, Cathryn has previously practiced Mental Capacity Law with a focus on Deprivation of Liberty Safeguarding.
