Senior Paralegal

Gemma is a Senior Paralegal within the Pre-Litigation department. She joined Jones Whyte in September 2022. Gemma has over 18 years of experience in pursuing personal injury and uninsured loss claims resulting from road traffic accidents, as well as employers’ liability and public liability claims. Gemma became a fully qualified Paralegal in 2012. Gemma’s daily work involves maintaining relationships with clients and sources of business as well as liaising with insurance companies, solicitors, and accident management companies. Within her role, Gemma requires to assess prospects and communicate this to both the client and referrer with detailed reasoning and evidence as well as assessing all heads of claim to value a claim accurately. Gemma has advised that the most rewarding part of her role is to provide the client with high-quality service and achieve the best possible settlement.
