Nicola is an Associate Solicitor and an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law, who heads up our Fatal and Serious Injury Team. She specialises in cases where life-changing injuries have been sustained. She has a record of winning maximum compensation for clients while focusing on making the process compassionate, simple and straightforward. Nicola deals with claims including road traffic accidents, accidents at work, accidents in public and private places, clinical negligence and historic child abuse cases. She has acted for numerous families following the death of a loved one, and for the critically injured, making sure they have access to the correct medical care and financial protection for the future. She has secured settlements of over a million pounds. Nicola regularly instructs counsel at the Court of Session and appears at the Personal Injury and Sheriff courts. Nicola is a Notary Public, which means she has the ability to take sworn statements, and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Trauma-Informed Lawyer.
