Anna is a Solicitor within the Personal Injury team. She specialises in fatal and catastrophic injury claims. Anna has a record of settling cases to the satisfaction of their clients, while focusing on making the process compassionate, simple and straightforward. Anna is experienced in handling complex and high-value cases, with settlements in the hundreds of thousands of pounds. She is dual qualified in Scots and English law. She appears regularly at the Personal Injury Court and has instructed counsel at the Court of Session. She deals with clients who have experienced personal injury in a number of ways, including road traffic collision, pedestrian accidents, fatal accidents and non-accidental injuries. Anna also has a specialised knowledge of the law when it comes to historic childhood abuse cases and is experienced in navigating these claims with the utmost sensitivity while maximising compensation for clients. She is a key part of the successful team which led to Jones Whyte winning both the Scottish Legal Awards and Law Awards of Scotland ‘Firm of the Year’ in 2021 and to its continuing success as one of Scotland’s fastest growing law firms.
