John is an Associate within the Personal Injury team. He specialises in road traffic accident claims. John has a record of winning maximum compensation for clients while focusing on making the process compassionate, simple and straightforward. John has also worked more broadly within personal injury, including representing clients who have had accidents at work and in public. He appears regularly at the Sheriff Court and the Personal Injury Court and has instructed counsel at the Court of Session. John is also a Notary Public, which means he has the ability to take sworn statements. John is a key part of the successful team which led to Jones Whyte winning both the Scottish Legal Awards and Law Awards of Scotland ‘Firm of the Year’ in 2021 and to its continuing success as one of Scotland’s fastest growing law firms.
