Ryan is a Senior Solicitor within our Bereavement team. He helps families with winding up estates and selling any property. Ryan is experienced in helping clients through an extremely difficult time with clarity, compassion and professionalism. Ryan is an expert in Scottish succession law and has a vast knowledge of the legal steps which need to be completed on the passing of a loved one. He takes clients through the process; obtaining the required court documents, dealing with wills and administering estates. He is also experienced in conveyancing and can especially assist families in handling any property which needs to be sold or passed on to loved ones. Ryan is a fully qualified Trust and Estate practitioner, which is a globally recognised, gold-standard qualification.
