Linzi moved to Jones Whyte in June 2018 to join the Pre-litigation team, following several years working on the defender side of Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims for a large insurer. Since coming to Jones Whyte, Linzi has gained a paralegal qualification and continued to build knowledge in handling road traffic claims. In dealing with RTA cases, Linzi has experience in assisting clients, assessing liability and investigating injuries to ensure the best outcome for our clients. This includes gathering information, instructing medical appointments, and valuing cases. Recently, Linzi has transitioned into a support role within the Pre-litigation team, providing assistance across the team. This support includes liaising with clients, insurance companies and other parties involved in claims to progress matters swiftly for our clients.
