Kasey is a Paralegal within the Bereavement Department, where she provides support to solicitors in the administration of estates. Her role involves managing a variety of tasks related to Executry work, helping to ensure that each estate is handled efficiently and with sensitivity. Kasey specialises in Executry law and has a strong background in Wills, Trusts and Power of Attorneys giving her comprehensive knowledge of both estate planning and estate administration. This dual experience enables her to support clients at all stages of their journey, from preparing for the future to navigating the complexities of bereavement. Prior to her current role, Kasey worked in Estate Planning, where she was responsible for drafting Wills and Power of Attorney for both Scottish and English clients, as well as advising on Trusts. She worked closely with individuals and families to develop tailored solutions that aligned with their personal and financial goals. Kasey brings a professional, client-centred approach to her work, committed to providing clear, compassionate support which ensures clients feel informed and reassured throughout the process.
