Associate

Marc is an Associate Solicitor within the Dispute Resolution team. He works across a broad range of areas; including litigation issues, breach of contract, debt recovery, insolvency, property disputes and professional negligence. Marc regularly deals with complex, high-profile and high-value cases and has helped to recover multi-million pounds settlements for clients. He regularly represents clients in the Sheriff Court and in tribunals. He is also experienced at helping to achieve results for clients without the need to go to court, through mediation and negotiation. Marc has also worked in commercial litigation, criminal, family and child law. He is a key part of the successful team which led to Jones Whyte winning both the Scottish Legal Awards and Law Awards of Scotland ‘Firm of the Year’ in 2021 and to its continuing success as one of Scotland’s fastest growing law firms.
