Senior Solicitor

Nicole is a Senior Solicitor within the Clinical Negligence team. She works closely with clients who have experienced medical negligence in areas such misdiagnosis, birth injuries and dental claims. She also works with families who have been bereaved as a result of medical negligence. She has a record of settling cases to the satisfaction of their clients, while focusing on making the process compassionate, simple and straightforward. Nicole appears at the Personal Injury Court and Sheriff Court and works with clients and families to secure maximum compensation, which can run to the hundreds of thousands of pounds. She has previously worked more broadly in personal injury law, including road traffic accidents, historic abuse and public liability claims. Nicole has volunteered extensively at both Citizens Advice and Rape Crisis Scotland, providing legal advice and supporting victims.
