She meets with families, helping to wind up estates, selling any property and organising assets in accordance with their loved ones wishes. She works with clients who have trusts in both Scotland and England and has extensive experience in dealing with their unique needs. Rebecca has also worked in the setting up of wills and power of attorney agreements. She also has experience in lifetime trust administration. She is a key part of the successful team which led to Jones Whyte winning both the Scottish Legal Awards and Law Awards of Scotland ‘Firm of the Year’ in 2021 and to its continuing success as one of Scotland’s fastest growing law firms.
