Kaitlin obtained her LLB Honours degree with French from the University of Strathclyde in 2019, followed by the completion of the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2020. After graduating, she joined a busy conveyancing firm initially as an administrative assistant. She subsequently began her traineeship, at the end of which she qualified as a solicitor in 2023. As a conveyancing solicitor, Kaitlin guides clients through the legal processes involved in buying, selling, and transferring property. Kaitlin takes pride in delivering clear, practical advice and ensuring that every transaction progresses smoothly and efficiently. She works closely with clients, estate agents, and mortgage providers to manage all aspects of residential conveyancing. “The most rewarding part of my job is making that much-anticipated phone call to clients, letting them know that their sale has completed or that they can now collect the keys to their new home. Being the person who delivers that news, knowing I’ve helped make it happen, is incredibly fulfilling and reminds me that this is not just a transaction but an important moment in clients’ lives.”
